Come out to learn how you can get involved with Campus Community Alliance for Environmental Justice! We are a student action-led coalition of organizations and individuals with the common goal of securing environmental health and safety for all members of the NC State campus community: past, present, and future. Whether you are brand new to CCAEJ, or have participated in one (or many) of our actions, we invite you to join our Membership & Interest Meeting to keep up the fight for a safe campus for all of us.

In the past year, CCAEJ members have led a teach-in about PCBs, spoken up to leadership through a petition signed by over 1,300 people, given public comment at city council meetings, conducted letter campaigns, provided background for and featured in media stories, inspired the passage Student Senate's Resolution 94 or “The Campus Environmental Health and Safety Act,” and connected with hundreds of members in the NC State community through outreach and events. CCAEJ has been the driving force in keeping up the awareness campaign about NC State’s poor handling of the PCB crisis in Poe Hall and demanding that all other buildings on campus are tested for environmental hazards. Come make it all happen with us!
